We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Transport Administrator to join their fast-paced transport office. You'll work closely with drivers, management, and customers, handling all aspects of transport administration with a strong focus on pallet logistics.

Your Role Will Include:

• Accepting and processing collections and deliveries from partner depots
• Investigating customer queries and managing claims for delays or damages
• Assisting with morning dispatch, ensuring drivers are equipped with EDC for live data capture
• Producing KPI reports and resolving any flagged issues
• Managing inbound storage, storage picks, and pallet dispatch
• Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and the sales team
• Supporting evening shift operations when required

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a transport office environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and familiarity with TMS systems
