Job summary

Une société de mode innovante recherche un Administrateur Logistique pour coordonner les envois internationaux, gérer les commandes clients et assurer la collaboration avec les équipes de production et de vente. Ce poste est basé dans notre studio à Londres et nécessite de solides compétences organisationnelles. Le candidat idéal aura entre 1 et 2 ans d'expérience dans la logistique de mode et une attention particulière aux détails. Une connaissance de Zedonk est un atout, mais pas indispensable.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en logistique de mode.

Job description

Job Title: Logistics Administrator

Department: Logistics
Reporting To:Logistics Manager

Position Overview:
The Logistics Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient coordination of international shipments from our warehouse to wholesale customers and retail stores. This position involves a range of administrative tasks related to customer orders, product details, and stock inventories, as well as collaboration with various teams to facilitate timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate international shipments in compliance with customer guidelines, including invoicing and issuing shipping paperwork.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with customer orders, product details, and stock inventories.
- Collaborate effectively with Production, Sales, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Liaise with wholesale customers to process orders, verify product availability, address any issues or discrepancies, and ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, invoices, and relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with seasonal showtime duties and provide support for sample sales as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer account details, stock levels, and invoices within the ERP system.

-Coordinate all repair requests with the flagship stores.

Experience Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within fashion logistics is preferred.
- Familiarity with Zedonk is advantageous but not essential

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
