GXO Logistics, Inc. in Portbury is seeking a Transport Administrator to join the Home Delivery team. You will manage vehicle debriefs, maintain stock accuracy, and communicate updates to delivery crews in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, high organisation, IT literacy (Excel), and experience with transport systems such as Flexipod/Winsight, Vision and Telematics. Shift patterns and benefits are listed in the ad.

Formación

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and error-free work.
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
• Experience using transport systems such as Flexipod/Winsight, Vision and Telematics is advantageous.
• Flexible, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct vehicle debriefs, ensuring stock accuracy and checking vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Monitor and record daily equipment checks to maintain operational standards.
• Communicate key updates and information to delivery crews in a timely manner.
• Build positive working relationships and resolve issues professionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with transport, warehouse and Health & Safety teams to support daily operations.
