Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Portbury is seeking a Transport Administrator to join the Home Delivery team. You will manage vehicle debriefs, maintain stock accuracy, and communicate updates to delivery crews in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong communication, high organisation, IT literacy (Excel), and experience with transport systems such as Flexipod/Winsight, Vision and Telematics. Shift patterns and benefits are listed in the ad.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and error-free work.
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel.
• Experience using transport systems such as Flexipod/Winsight, Vision and Telematics is advantageous.
• Flexible, reliable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting a Transport Administrator to join our busy dynamic Home Delivery team in Portbury, BS20 7XE.

• 04:30 - 13:00
• 10:00 - 18:30
• 12:30 - 21:00
