GXO Logistics, Inc is hiring a Transport Administrator for our busy Home Delivery team in Portbury, BS20 7XE. The role is full-time, 5 days out of 7, with early and late shift patterns.

You will support vehicle/debriefs, stock checks and daily operations while liaising with transport and health & safety teams to ensure smooth deliveries. The package includes a £27,210 annual salary, 25 days leave plus holidays, pension, dental insurance, 24/7 GP, life assurance and more via the MyBenefits

Qualifications

• Experience in transport/logistics operations preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Excel and common Microsoft Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Conduct vehicle debriefs, stock checks and vehicle condition review.
• Monitor daily equipment checks and maintain standards.
• Communicate updates to delivery crews and support daily operations.
