Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking an organised and customer-focused Transport Assistant to support the Transport Co-ordinator and the wider transport team. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

On-site work with national support across the business, focusing on timely deliveries, accurate data entry in Origin systems, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Transport Co-ordinator in ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time, in line with customer requirements.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service across all communications.
• Ensure all Origin business systems are accurately updated, with a focus on the Chasers Management System, following company requirements.
• Work onsite as part of the transport team while providing national support under the guidance of the Business Systems and Admin Support Team.
• Support colleagues both locally and nationally as required.
