Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple translation projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting and deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and freelance linguists.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, preparing quotations and providing regular progress updates.
• Select translators, proofreaders, post-editors, transcribers and typesetters per project specs.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure translations meet standards, including proofreading.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with procedures.
