Job summary

Global Voices Ltd in Stirling (Head Office) is seeking a multilingual sales professional fluent in French and German to drive business growth.

You will develop and manage strategic client relationships, work toward annual revenue targets, and oversee the quotation process to close deals with existing and new customers. You will also contribute to marketing campaigns and provide monthly sales reports to leadership.

About the role

• Stirling - Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).
• Native level French/German - both written and spoken.
• Developand manage strategic client relationships.
• Working towards an annual revenue target.
• Working alongside the Translation/Interpretation Project Managers, managing the quotation process from primarily inbound enquiries, follows up to close the deal and builds relationships with historic clients to gain repeat business.
• Managing a busy in-tray, actively involved with the resolution of a diverse and interesting range of requests from Global Voices clients within SLAs, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Involved with marketing campaigns, including industry specific digital marketing campaigns, brochures and adverts with a view to generating further business.
• Deliver accurate monthly sales reports to senior management.

• Be native/fluent in French/German speaking/written.
• You must be passionate about sales growth and have expert knowledge of growing accounts at C level.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement and adjust.
• You must have the drive to build efficient pipelines, whilst ensuring dependencies are unblocked, to support and drive the implementation of exceptional quality.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
