Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an EPM Consultant for a growing practice in the UK. You will join a collaborative consulting team delivering OneStream implementations and related EPM solutions across planning, forecasting and consolidation.

The role trains you to develop expertise in OneStream while supporting finance transformation programmes for diverse clients. Strong stakeholder engagement and a drive to specialise are essential.

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tagetik or Board.
Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation or reporting processes.
Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP&A / consolidation workflows.
Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant.

Responsibilities

Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects.
Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements.
Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions.
Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs.
Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design.
Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices.
