Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is partnering with a well-established consultancy to recruit an EPM Consultant into its OneStream practice in the UK. You will work on enterprise performance management projects, spanning planning, forecasting and consolidation, while leveraging tools such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik or Board.

The role offers structured training to develop OneStream expertise and exposure to large-scale transformation programmes within a collaborative client-facing

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board or similar.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP&A / consolidation workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices
