Job summary

SoCode Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced EPM Consultant with a strong grounding in enterprise performance management tools to join a growing consultancy expanding its OneStream practice.

You will work on designing and delivering OneStream implementations, gathering requirements, and supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation initiatives, with structured training to become a OneStream specialist.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board or similar.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP& A / consolidation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices
