Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an EPM Consultant to join a growing consultancy expanding its OneStream practice in the UK. You will support design and delivery of OneStream implementations and work with clients to gather requirements across planning, forecasting, and reporting.

This role targets professionals with a strong EPM background who wish to specialise in OneStream, supported by structured training and enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools (e.g., Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board)
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes
• Strong understanding of finance transformation/FP&A workflows
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery
• Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices
