Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is seeking an EPM Consultant to join a well-established consultancy expanding its OneStream practice. You will cross-train into OneStream, building expertise while delivering enterprise‑scale EPM solutions for planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting across multiple clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior consultants, delivering end-to-end design, data integration, and configuration work to meet client finance transformation objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools and finance transformation.
• Ability to gather business requirements and support solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices
