Job summary

SoCode Recruitment is partnering with a well-established consultancy to expand its OneStream practice. This EPM Consultant role focuses on adapting to OneStream, building expertise, and delivering enterprise-scale EPM solutions across planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting for clients.

You will join a collaborative team, gaining structured training and the opportunity to advance within a market-leading platform while working on transformations across FP&A and related processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik, Board or similar.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, consolidation, or reporting processes.
• Strong understanding of finance transformation / FP&A / consolidation workflows.
• Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution delivery.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Desire to develop into a specialist OneStream Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of OneStream implementation projects.
• Work with clients to gather and analyse finance and reporting requirements.
• Assist in building planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation solutions.
• Configure and enhance EPM solutions to meet client business needs.
• Support data integration, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior consultants on client workshops and solution design.
• Assist with testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Develop expertise in OneStream architecture, configuration, and best practices.
