Job summary

Pontoon is recruiting a Transformation Training Project Manager on a 6-month contract based in Leeds or Edinburgh. Hybrid work with 2 days on-site per week, joining a financial services client to drive transformation training and client migration initiatives.

You will design and deliver comprehensive training, lead stakeholder engagement, and ensure adoption of new technologies and processes across diverse user groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within financial services with transformation focus.
• Expertise in wealth management, client migration and related training needs.
• Experience with CRM platforms and end-to-end technology and process changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of transformation training initiatives with design and business teams.
• Manage end-to-end client migration projects with strong stakeholder engagement.
• Develop training programmes to drive adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Coordinate training materials to align with strategic objectives for diverse user groups.
• Drive change management to enable new ways of working and build capability.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to hit milestones and go-live dates.
• Foster continuous improvement and capture best practices in training and transformation.
