Job summary
Capco is seeking a Project / Programme Manager for Financial Services in Edinburgh, with hybrid working. You will lead platform change across front office, operations and technology, delivering regulatory or strategic change across multiple workstreams while leveraging AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications
- Proven PM experience in Capital Markets.
- Experience with investment platforms: Aladdin, Avaloq, Cinqor, FNZ or Charles River.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead platform change and migration projects across front office, operations and tech.
- Deliver end-to-end regulatory or strategic change across multiple workstreams.
- Own governance, reporting, risk management with AI-enabled tools.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align priorities.
- Guide client teams through change adoption and business readiness.
