Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Training Lead to own the NIS Programme training strategy and delivery in a hybrid role based in West Sussex. You will lead a small team of Training Analysts, shaping learning content across multiple workstreams to drive business readiness and successful change adoption.

The role requires experience designing training strategies, managing teams, and ensuring engagement with SMEs and stakeholders. 6-month initial contract, day rate £650 outside IR35.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading training or learning workstreams within large-scale transformation or change programmes.
• Strong track record designing and delivering training strategies, curricula, and blended learning solutions.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Ability to work across multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Training Analysts, providing direction and support.
• Oversee the design, development and delivery of high-quality training materials.
• Develop and maintain the programme training strategy and curriculum.
• Track training delivery, measure effectiveness, and implement continuous improvements.
