Job summary

Brighton & Hove City Council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation across the Welfare, Revenues and Business Support service. You will manage complex projects from concept to implementation, delivering measurable benefits for residents and staff.

Working with senior managers and external partners, you will develop business cases, map processes and drive improvements, with a strong focus on inclusion and service accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and workstreams with varying resident groups.
• Plan, coordinate and manage business analysis, process reviews and service improvements.
• Develop project plans, business cases and implementation strategies.
• Manage risks, issues, budgets and governance for transparent decisions.
• Support organisational change and stakeholder engagement with diverse voices.
• Present findings to senior leaders and project boards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service performance.
• Review and adapt project approaches for fairer outcomes.
