Job summary

Stoke-on-Trent City Council is seeking a motivated Project Manager (Digital and Change) to help deliver an ambitious programme of digital transformation. Working within our Transformation and Programme Management Team, you will lead the implementation of digital systems and major change initiatives that improve services, modernise ways of working and support the Council's strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant project management experience within a complex organisation.
• Experience delivering digital, transformation or change projects.
• Knowledge of Prince2 or equivalent methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital, transformation and change projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, risks, issues, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate the implementation of new systems and major business change initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Monitor project progress, track benefits and provide high quality reports.
