Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking a proactive Project Manager within the Transformation Team to drive strategic reform programmes and service transformation for children’s services.

You will work with senior leaders and partner agencies, gain experience in programme and portfolio management, and help shape how services are designed and delivered to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

Formación

• Experience in programme management within local government or public sector preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex reform programmes and manage change.

Responsabilidades

• Play a key role in delivering nationally significant reform programmes.
• Work directly with senior leaders, practitioners and partner agencies.
• Gain experience of strategic programme and portfolio management.
• Develop your expertise in service transformation and change management.
• Influence how future services are designed and delivered across Sefton.
• Contribute to improving outcomes for children, young people and families.
