Davies is seeking a Project Manager in the Transformation Office to lead end-to-end delivery of business-change initiatives across the Group. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and work with senior stakeholders to ensure benefits are realised.

• Experience delivering business-change projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of cross-functional delivery across business and technology teams.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior/executive audiences.
• Experience of managing international projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery of projects from initiation through to completion and handover to BAU.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Proactively manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis.
• Produce governance packs, reporting, and steerco updates; maintain RAID logs.
• Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, and operations; coordinate vendors.
• Drive progress, remove blockers, and ensure use of Jira, MS Project, and other tools; support Agile ceremonies.
• Define, track, and report on project KPIs and benefits; ensure transition to BAU.
