EACH Counselling is recruiting a Transformation Project Manager to lead the consolidation phase of our organisational transformation and support the delivery of a sustainable Target Operating Model.
The role requires strong project and change-management capabilities, governance and stakeholder engagement, plus experience in reporting and driving improvements across multiple sites. Salary is £36,000-£42,000 plus benefits.

Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH's locations and footpaths.
Salary: £36,000 - £42,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Duration: This post is a 12 months' Fixed Term contract (subject to performance and continued funding).
