EACH Counselling is seeking a Clinical & Practice Lead to join our head office in Ealing with cross-site duties across EACH. The role is a senior clinical leadership position overseeing governance, safeguarding, supervision, training and practice development within our counselling and client-facing services.
We require an experienced, registered or accredited therapeutic practitioner with a supervision qualification and strong experience in clinical governance and trauma-informed practice.
Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH's locations and footpaths.
Salary: £46,000 - £52,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting) for FTE (37.5 hours). £34,346.66 - £38,826.66 pro-rata for 28 hours/week
Hours: 28 - 35 hours per week
Duration: This post is a 12 months' Fixed Term contract (subject to performance and continued funding).
