Job summary

EACH Counselling is seeking a Development and Funding Officer to drive fundraising, bids and profile-building across sites in the UK. The role is based at EACH Head Office in Ealing, with remote work possible and a requirement to operate from any EACH location.

Salary £33,000 - £36,000 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, permanent; Outer London Weighting included. The post offers opportunities to secure and diversify income through grant writing, funding partnerships, and compelling impact

Development and Funding Officer

Location: EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH's locations and footpaths.

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Duration: This post is permanent (subject to performance and continued funding).

EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse.

We are expanding our team and are recruiting talented, values-led people who want to help strengthen services and improve outcomes for the diverse communities we serve.

This is a central development role with a focus on fundraising, bids and building our profile to support EACH to secure and diversify income as well as share its impact.

We are looking to hire an individual who has experience of developing and delivering fundraising activities, bids and profile-building.

You will Have

• A strong track record of grant and tender writing
• Communications skills
• Using impact and needs evidence
• Ability to identify and realise new funding streams
• Building relationships with funders and partners

You will need

• Experience of communicating with funders and stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge of fundraising practice and various approaches in the voluntary sector/charities
• A proven track record in securing income grant and/or contract income of £100,000k plus per annum
• Experience of successful bids and/or grant writing in the UK for funding for organisations or services within a health and social care or voluntary sector/charity setting
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication and engagement skills with strong attention to detail and relationship building
