System C is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support a major transformation portfolio. You will work closely with the Senior Business Change Project Manager to ensure structured, controlled and efficient delivery across multiple business and technology workstreams.

The role suits someone with project coordination or project support experience who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments and building strong stakeholder relationships, while keeping programmes running

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer or similar role.
• Experience supporting business change, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong meeting coordination, minute-taking and reporting skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, RAID logs and action trackers.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
