Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead both Business Change and Technical Transformation initiatives across organisation-wide programmes. The role requires hands-on delivery of operating model changes, processes and ways of working, with oversight of transformation initiatives from design through to implementation.

You will coordinate with HR, Comms, Training and Operations, manage complex stakeholder networks, and drive change management and user adoption across multi-stream
