Job summary

Tarmac is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead Project Falcon, a major Order and Dispatch transformation. You will own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment, coordinating business design, ERP, data, testing and deployment into a single integrated solution.

You will shape delivery with senior leaders and specialist teams, driving governance, quality and adoption across functions to achieve lasting value for the business.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Business, Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme baseline across business design, SAP ECC, Salesforce, interfaces, data, testing and deployment activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams through design, build, validation, pilot and rollout phases.
• Ensure approved requirements are translated into high-quality, deployment-ready solutions.
• Drive alignment across customer, operations, logistics, finance and technology stakeholders.
• Govern deployment readiness, cutover planning and phased rollout execution.
