Qualifications

• Proven PMO, Programme Office or Project Coordination experience.
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience maintaining RAID logs, actions and decisions.
• Confidence working with senior leaders and challenging where needed.

Responsibilities

• Leading programme governance across a major transformation programme.
• Driving reporting, programme visibility and executive-level communications.
• Owning RAID management, action tracking and decision governance.
• Coordinating steering committees, leadership forums and governance meetings.
• Ensuring robust controls, compliance and document management standards.
• Supporting senior programme stakeholders and delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
