Job summary

EE Limited in Reading is seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to lead a 9-month contract delivering strategic change across the organisation. You will oversee large-scale transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and driving operating model design and process improvements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, shareholders and suppliers, coaching leaders through change and establishing governance and benefits realisation across multiple workstreams.

Job Description Transformation Programme Manager Contract - 9 monthsReading/Home MBNL, the joint venture between EE and Three, is undergoing a major transformation to become a leading infrastructure management company. We're looking for an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic change across the organisation. You'll lead complex transformation programmes, driving business change, operating model design, process improvement and organisational development. Working closely with senior leaders, shareholders and suppliers, you'll ensure programmes are delivered on time, within budget and achieve the intended business outcomes.
