Job summary

Vallum Associates is recruiting a permanent Programme Manager to lead a major business change and transformation initiative for a leading energy and utilities organisation. You will ensure change is understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

Working with senior leadership and teams, you’ll translate strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap, considering people, process and operational impacts. This role combines programme management with practical change delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven programme management experience in business change and transformation.
• Ability to turn strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap.
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
• Experience in energy, utilities or regulated environments is a plus.

• Largely home based with adhoc travel to the office (London)

We are currently recruiting for a permanentProgramme Manager to lead a significant programme of business change and transformation for a leading energy and utilities organisation.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring change is effectively understood, adopted and embedded across the organisation.

Working closely with senior leadership and teams across the business, you’ll turn strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap while considering the people, process and operational impact of change.

The role will involve:

• Leading a portfolio of business change and transformation initiatives
• Developing the overall transformation roadmap and programme structure

Experience within energy, utilities or regulated environments would be beneficial but isn’t essential.
