Qualifications

• Proven governance and delivery management experience in complex, regulated environments.
• Leadership of multi-workstream change initiatives with clear benefits realization.
• Experience balancing technology and business change across digital/operational transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major programmes across Centrica’s strategic priorities.
• Shape programme vision, strategy, and structure with measurable KPIs and outcomes.
• Manage multi-disciplinary internal and partner teams to deliver at scale.
• Drive governance, financial control, and benefits realisation across programmes.
• Build relationships with Directors and Executives across Retail, Group, Technology, Operations and Finance.
• Coach and mentor Programme/Project Managers to grow capability within the transformation community.
• Embed best-practice delivery disciplines and continuous improvement.
