Job summary

Aviva is seeking an Integration Management Office Portfolio Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports the Direct Line integration programme, providing analysis, coordination and delivery assurance across multiple workstreams, with hybrid working and travel to the London office as needed.

The successful candidate will have strong experience in portfolio planning, governance and risk management, enabling leaders to understand delivery performance and make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio management, programme planning, PMO, governance, reporting or delivery assurance within a complex transformation/change environment.
• Strong analytical skills with integrated planning, milestone tracking, dependency management and translating complex information into clear recommendations and insights.
• Ability to build effective relationships with delivery, finance, risk and control teams, providing constructive challenge when needed.
• Experience supporting governance, assurance or risk management activities, including monitoring actions, tracking remediation and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with attention to detail, able to manage competing priorities and use reporting tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project or Planview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Portfolio Assurance & Planning with analysis, coordination and delivery assurance across workstreams, Finance and Risk teams.
• Maintain information, governance and reporting to help senior leaders understand delivery performance and risks.
• Embed sustainable governance, planning and assurance processes as activity transitions into internal teams.
