We are seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to join our Oil & Gas Operator clients' team on a full-time contract basis in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing transformation expertise for high-value projects.

Role Overview

1. Shape and drive transformation projects in line with business strategy, including developing a high-quality transformation strategy and plan for all operating model, organization, and people elements.
2. Provide expert advice on transformation capabilities, including strategy activation, delivery methods, operating model, org design, people transition, change, workplace, culture, and talent.
3. Lead M&A integration and separation projects, evaluating critical people-related issues and ensuring maximum visibility of risks and mitigations.
4. Drive the development and execution of agreed value drivers across all workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transformation.
5. Support culture, engagement, and change efforts throughout transformation programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
6. Build transformation capability within the company by developing playbooks and tools and establishing a community of practice.
7. Build capability within the P&C community by developing playbooks and tools and establishing a community of practice.

Skills & Qualifications

1. Strong understanding of transformation capabilities and scenarios, including efficiency, offshoring, in- and outsourcing, and growth.
2. Experience with M&A and JV processes and navigating associated challenges.
3. Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
4. Expertise in change management and creating strategies that drive organizational alignment and support employee engagement.
5. Ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
6. Influencing skills and strong consulting abilities for building relationships across the organization.

Education & Experience

• Higher degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
