Elevate Your Career in Senior Transformation Lead with Airswift

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to join our Oil & Gas Operator clients' team on a full-time contract basis in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing transformation expertise for highest value projects.

Role Overview

  • Shape and drive transformation projects in line with business strategy, including developing a high-quality transformation strategy and plan for all operating model, organization, and people elements.
  • Provide expert advice on transformation capabilities, including strategy activation, delivery methods, operating model, org design, people transition, change, workplace, culture, and talent.
  • Lead M&A integration and separation projects, evaluating critical people-related issues and ensuring maximum visibility of risks and mitigations.
  • Drive the development and execution of agreed value drivers across all workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transformation.
  • Support culture, engagement, and change efforts throughout transformation programs, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
  • Build transformation capability within the company by continuing to develop playbooks and tools and establishing a community of practice.
  • Build capability within the P&C community by developing playbooks and tools and establishing a community of practice.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of transformation capabilities and scenarios, including efficiency, offshoring, in- and outsourcing, and growth.
  • Experience with M&A and JV processes and navigating associated challenges.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Expertise in change management and creating strategies that drive organizational alignment and support employee engagement.
  • Ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.
  • Influencing skills and strong consulting abilities for building relationships across the organization.

Education & Experience

  • Higher degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Competitive daily rate, based on qualifications and experience.
