Job summary

FIND | Creating Futures is looking for a senior consultant to join a London-based transformation practice. The role is London – 3 days/week face-to-face, 9am-6pm, with client work or in-office collaboration and a focus on delivering high-impact transformations without sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years at a Big Four or similar, is highly articulate, and excels at building relationships at the C-suite/board level, managing significant workstreams with budget and headcount, and

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level
• Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led
• A track record leading significant workstreams, with a budget and headcount to reflect, real decision-making impact, ideally end-to-end.
• Software delivery lifecycle experience is a bonus, not essential.
• Experience across sectors and capabilities, not a narrow technical specialist
• A strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level
• History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
