Find Recruitment Group LTD is recruiting for a Transformation Consultant (Senior Manager/Associate Director) in London. The role is hybrid with 3 days per week face-to-face (client side or in office) from 9am-6pm, offering a base salary of £90,000-£140,000.

The firm is a disruptive transformation consultancy with minimal internal hierarchy, focusing on client delivery and senior-level impact alongside a strong Partner mentorship structure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level.
• Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led.
• A track record leading significant workstreams with budget and headcount, real decision-making impact.
• Strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level.
• History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients.

Responsibilities

• Embed directly with C-Suite, shaping decisions as they happen rather than waiting for them to filter down.
• Lead meaningful workstreams with appropriate budgets and headcount, delivering end-to-end impact.
• Operate with a client-first focus, with no internal hierarchy and no sales targets.

What are we looking for?

• 6+ years experience at a Big Four or similar top-tier consultancy, having reached at least Manager level
• Highly articulate, emotionally intelligent and relationship-led
• A track record leading significant workstreams, with a budget and headcount to reflect, real decision-making impact, ideally end-to-end.
  • Software delivery lifecycle experience is a bonus, not essential.
• Experience across sectors and capabilities, not a narrow technical specialist
• A strong track record influencing at C-Suite or board level
• History of building strong relationships with FTSE 250 clients
