Team Overview:

Our Change Consulting Services is a cross-industry capability focused on delivering market-leading business change, communications, and engagement solutions. Part of our UKI Talent and Organisation practice, we combine consulting with programme leadership, change management, and leadership expertise to help clients enhance colleague experience and drive business transformation through digital enablement.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Deliver enterprise transformational change projects supported by technologies such as SAP, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, and Salesforce.
  • Manage key elements of the change lifecycle, including vision, leadership engagement, change planning, culture and behavior change, communications, storytelling, data science, and change measurement, along with supporting operating models and technology enablers.
  • Support the growth of our Change consulting practice through innovation, capability development, thought leadership, and market presence.
  • Create market-relevant Change Management points of view, blogs, and offerings to enhance Accenture’s market position.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality results for clients.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record managing enterprise transformational change programs, ideally supported by SAP S/4, Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, or Salesforce.
  • Experience leading change management planning, impact assessments, and intervention plans.
  • Ability to create transformation visions, align leadership, and craft compelling storytelling.
  • Skilled in communication strategies and digital/AI-enabled engagement tools.
  • Experience conducting learning needs analysis, developing learning strategies, and content creation.
  • Understanding of end-to-end technology implementation lifecycle.
  • Passion for innovation, technology trends, and leveraging data to support organizational objectives and employee experience.
  • Strong consulting, communication, facilitation, and data analysis skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Leadership experience, including coaching and team management.
