Are you a seasoned Change Manager with extensive experience of supporting medium to large scale businesses to successfully implement Sales CRM systems?
We have a really great client who is looking for very specific experience of implementing MS Dynamics 365 and preferably the Customer Engagement (CE) modules of this platform.
This organisation is at the beginning of their multi-year, multi-phase Sales system replacement programme and the Change Manager we seek will be instrumental in making sure the outcome is a success.
This Change lead role will be managing a small team of change professionals and working hand-in-hand with IT, business users and external partners (third parties). The position requires expertise in change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and the ability to directly influence positive user adoption... the people side of IT change.
You and your experience?
We really need experience of leading end-to-end change for Sales/CRM systems, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This system will be rolled out to large numbers of salespeople and as such we are keen to onboard this specific module experience and knowledge. We also need a deep understanding of Change Management principles, particularly ADKAR. The role is going to involve designing and delivering a training programme so any background in L&D would be hugely beneficial.
What you'll be doing...
This role is about developing and leading the change management strategy for the CRM transformation programme, owning and delivering the change roadmap and comms plan. How can you best drive adoption of the new CRM and tools across Sales and other departments? What are the training needs and how can they be met in an impactful way? How can you combat change fatigue and adoption risks? Furthermore, there's an opportunity to enhance and improve change capability across the wider business. Where have you done this and how?
This is an interim role outside IR35 and will require 3 days a week on site. The client is offering an initial 6 months contract, but for the right person the expectation is that the role will go beyond this for the life of the programme.
