• Experience in transformation, strategy, programme management or consulting environments.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases, governance structures and implementation plans.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience preparing executive‑level presentations and decision papers.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support healthcare transformation analysis from strategy through implementation.
• Articulate future-state operating models and governance structures.
• Structure priorities into workstreams and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to develop recommendations and plans.
• Support design transformation initiatives and governance frameworks.
