Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Information Management Transformation Lead to join our Digital Function and shape how we manage information across the business.

You will work with colleagues across the organisation to listen, shape strategy, and deliver improvements in processes, tools and ways of working.

The role emphasizes collaborative problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and practical, scalable change that creates lasting value for projects and people.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Management, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure or the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the Information Management strategy.
• Lead transformation initiatives from idea through adoption.
• Work closely with teams to introduce better processes, tools and ways of working.
• Bring people together through workshops, conversations and collaborative problem-solving.
• Build strong relationships across Digital, Operations, Commercial and Delivery.
• Champion Information Management best practice and share new ideas from across the industry.
• Help create meaningful, sustainable change that delivers real value for our people and projects.
