Capco in London seeks a Change Communications & Engagement Manager to drive strategic transformation through clear messaging, stakeholder engagement, and people-centric change delivery. You will partner with consulting teams and senior stakeholders to design and execute communication approaches that drive awareness, readiness, and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering communications and engagement within change management, transformation, or AI implementation programmes.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Consulting experience managing stakeholders across complex environments.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in fast-paced client-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead communications and engagement workstreams across transformation and AI-enabled change programmes, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged.
• Develop and execute adoption plans, leadership messaging, and employee engagement campaigns for multiple audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, leadership briefings, town halls, and feedback sessions to support adoption and business readiness.
• Partner with teams to assess impacts, identify risks, and implement strategies to improve adoption outcomes.
• Support client relationship development through proposals, thought leadership, and business development activities.
