Job summary

iMMERSIVE is seeking a Change Management Lead in London to drive adoption across client projects. The role requires leadership in stakeholder analysis, training design, and delivery, with a focus on aligning client needs to best-practice plans.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years’ experience, recognised change management certification, and strong communication skills. Role is based in London with hybrid working options and occasional travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Recognised change management certification (e.g. APMG, Prosci).
• 5–8+ years’ hands-on experience managing the “people side of change” in client environments.
• Experience planning, creating content for, and delivering training.
• Agile project methodology experience.
• Experience with Salesforce implementations.
• AI fluency – uses AI tools to support delivery and stay current with changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to facilitate workshops with credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management delivery across multiple clients and projects.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments and readiness assessments.
• Own change management planning and translate client needs into actionable plans and adoption strategies.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting adoption of new platforms.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
