Job summary

team.blue seeks a Change & Communications Manager to drive adoption of AI-powered customer care across its brands. You will lead change management, communications and enablement, helping teams understand, trust and adopt new ways of working.

You will work across multiple brands in a hybrid role, balancing a common approach with local needs, delivering training, FAQs and stakeholder updates to maximise programme impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in change management and communications within tech/digital transformations.
• Ability to independently develop change frameworks and materials.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management and adoption for AI Customer Care across brands.
• Develop scalable training and enablement materials and support teams during transition.
• Own stakeholder communications and messaging for the programme across audiences.
• Collaborate with brand teams to ensure relevant yet aligned communications.
