Job summary

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Transformation Team and help modernise services for the 1.6 million residents. You will translate requirements into tangible solutions, lead organisational design activity, and drive cost efficiencies through improved processes.

Work will involve developing Target Operating Models, process maps, and documentation, with strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across business areas to deliver

Qualifications

• Senior business analysis experience in transformation programmes of significant scale, scope and pace.
• Experience documenting and delivering Target Operating Models and process maps to support service improvement.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation skills and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead on transformation workstreams, gathering, analysing and verifying requirements.
• Document and deliver Target Operating Models and process maps to improve efficiency.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to design improved ways of working and customer outcomes.
