Job summary

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking a Transformation Business Analyst to support the SEND Reform Programme. You will analyse data, map and redesign processes, develop business cases, and help shape future operating models to improve outcomes for children with SEND.

Working in the SEND Transformation Team, you will collaborate with schools, health partners and senior leaders, guide decisions with robust evidence, and translate complex information into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience applying business analysis techniques to support service redesign and improvement programmes.
• Strong analytical skills, including process mapping, operating model design, financial modelling and business case development.
• Experience gathering, interpreting and presenting complex information to support decision-making.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, facilitating workshops and building relationships.
• Experience identifying innovative and practical solutions that improve services and deliver value for money.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver work to agreed timescales, budgets and outcomes.
