Qualifications

• Strong Business Analysis experience, ideally gained within the public sector.
• Experience supporting change, transformation, organisational design, process improvement or Lean initiatives is highly beneficial.
• Ability to engage stakeholders, challenge existing ways of working and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support a major operational training improvement programme by reviewing how training is delivered and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Help design more effective ways of working and contribute to business change, operating model improvements and organisational redesign.
• Engage with stakeholders, challenge existing ways of working and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Where appropriate, support a wider organisational design and transformation programme as part of the role.
