Stockford Recruitment is partnering with a growing UK financial services business to hire a Business Analyst on a permanent, hybrid basis in Bristol. The role focuses on business transformation and change, engaging stakeholders, understanding challenges and translating requirements into practical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in a BA or change role, strong communication, and experience with process mapping, workshops and collaboration across business and tech teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related change role.
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis and identifying improvements.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and propose improvements.
• Document business and functional requirements clearly.
• Map current processes and design improved future-state workflows.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops and requirements sessions.
• Act as a bridge between business teams, technology, and external suppliers.
• Support transformation projects, including systems improvements and integration.
• Translate requirements into clear documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support testing, UAT, implementation and adoption of changes.
• Challenge existing processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
