Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a consulting-style associate to support the Head of Client Delivery Transformation within the global transformation team in London. Qualifications

• Consulting background at associate level or equivalent analytical BA experience.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, conduct research, and translate findings into actionable plans and presentations.
• Experience across technology and operations teams within financial services, asset management, or fund administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial scoping of new transformation programmes - understand the problem, map current-state processes, and structure a clear path forward
• Research and evaluate technology solutions available in the market and produce clear recommendations for leadership
• Work across client delivery, technology, product, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and align on delivery approach
• Support deployment planning for cross-cutting automation, data, and process initiatives spanning the global client delivery organisation
• Run ahead of upcoming initiatives - do the legwork so that programme and process owners can move quickly once funding and priorities are confirmed
• Contribute to the redesign of core end-to-end processes (e.g. payment journeys, reconciliation) - identifying automation opportunities and reduction of manual touchpoints
