Job summary

Alter Domus is seeking a Senior Strategy and Transformation Manager in London to drive the development and delivery of strategic priorities across the global Client Delivery organisation. You will collaborate with leadership, Technology, Finance and business lines to translate long-term plans into practical initiatives, delivering operational excellence and scalable transformations.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management, data analysis and stakeholder engagement skills,

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in strategy, transformation, or related field.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

Drive development, prioritisation, and implementation of strategic initiatives across the global Client Delivery organisation.
Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, scalability and service excellence.
Develop robust business cases and governance for transformation programmes to enable decision-making.
Identify opportunities for AI, automation and data-enabled improvements to create value.
