Job summary

Apex Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Administrator in Transfer Agency to ensure accurate processing of investor transactions, account maintenance, and AML/KYC controls. You will mentor juniors, support complex queries, and contribute to process improvements while upholding regulatory and client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience within Transfer Agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of dealing, registration, and AML/KYC processes.
• Understanding of UCITS, OEICs, Unit Trusts, AIFs and fund structures.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Knowledge of AML regulations, sanctions screening and CDD/EDD.

Responsibilities

• Process subscription, redemption, switch, and transfer requests accurately and on time.
• Maintain investor registration records and process account changes.
• Perform AML/KYC reviews and due diligence on investors.
• Apply controls, manage risk, audits and remediation projects.
• Provide high-quality client service and manage stakeholder queries.
• Coach junior staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with system enhancements, fund launches, migrations and changes.
